Full Buying Service 

Our Success Fee is the higher of £10,000 or 1.35% of the purchase price.

Consultancy Service – Negotiation Only / Sales Progression Service 

Our Success Fee is the higher of £5,000 or 0.65% of the purchase price.

We charge an upfront retainer fee of £1,250 deductible from the Success Fee.    

This service is suitable for clients who have already identified a property. It includes one property visit from Alex before we propose a negotiation strategy. We have found this service is particularly useful to first time buyers with limited budgets mindful of not overpaying. In the past, we have saved clients many multiples our fee and in some cases ensured they avoided a very expensive mistake.

All fees quoted are inclusive of VAT.  

Our fees are some of the most competitive amongst all central London buying agents. Relying primarily on word of mouth and client referrals, we deliver a best-in-class, bespoke service for a maximum of four clients at any time. 

The amount negotiated from the asking price is usually many multiples our fee.  Unlike some buying agents, we charge no commission on the amount negotiated off the purchase price. This is because the reasonableness of asking prices varies greatly between properties and is rarely an indicator of value. 

Whilst you should check with a financial advisor, HMRC guidance indicates our fee can be offset against Capital Gains Tax.
