In 2018, Alex and Lara Mosley saw a gap in the market for a modern buying agent combining expertise, impartiality and a high level of service. Throughout the years, as private investors we have gained significant experience in property negotiations and complex transactions. We wanted to pass on this experience and take away the stress from buyers, helping them secure the right property at the possible best terms within their budget.
We want Perrygate to be different. A transparent buying agent. Where our fees are published before you disclose your budget. Where clients are paying for the hundreds of hours of due diligence to find the right property, not for PR firms or office space in Prime Central London. Where we always share our unfiltered opinion of the value of a property and never talk up the market.

In practice this means never prioritising achieving a transaction over finding the right property. Always looking for the up and downside of any opportunity. This way we hope to build up long-term relationships with satisfied clients who will return to us in future and refer us to friends and family.
We are only retained by a maximum of four clients at any time and never have conflicting search briefs.
