Buying Service
Our Success Fee is the higher of 1.35% of the purchase price or £10,000.*
We charge an upfront retainer fee of £2,000 deductible from the Success Fee.

This service is suitable if you have identified a property and want an objective opinion on value and someone to handle negotiations, progress the sale and assist with other matters post-completion.
Our Success Fee is the higher of 0.65% of the purchase price or £5,000.*
We charge an upfront retainer of £1,000 deductible from the Success Fee.

We keep fees low by minimising expenditure on anything which doesn’t directly add value to our clients. This means we don’t pay introductory commissions (which can range from 15-30% of the quoted fee) to third parties or retain PR firms.
We primarily rely on client referrals and aim to deliver a best-in-class, bespoke service for a maximum of four clients at any time.
The amount negotiated from the asking price is usually many multiples of our fee. We charge no commission on the amount negotiated off the purchase price. This is because the reasonableness of asking prices varies greatly between properties and is rarely an indicator of value.
Whilst you should check with a financial advisor, HMRC guidance indicates our fee can later be offset against Capital Gains Tax.
