In a challenging market with few genuinely quality options on and off market we previewed 12 properties and presented the client with a shortlist of 3 suitable options.
We recommended a spacious flat in a secure and well-maintained block on Ebury Street which was due to become a Share of Freehold later in the year. We advised the client against a more impressive period option due to a lack of fundamentals with its location.
Due to the lack of stock elsewhere we found ourselves in a competitive bidding situation. We managed to secure the flat without outbidding the other party by underlining our clients’ credentials as serious and organised buyers.
A Full Service
During conveyancing, we helped establish the scope of renovation works and introduced them to a design and project manager to lead renovations.
Two months after completion, the flat became a Share of Freehold.
The client is looking to work with us in future in the event they relocate permanently back to London and require a larger family home.
