Buying Service
Our fee is the higher of 1.25% of the purchase price or £14,000.*
We charge a £2,250 retainer deductible from this final fee.

This service is for if you have identified a property and want an objective opinion on value, someone to handle negotiations and progress the sale. Please note this is only suitable if you are confident the property you have viewed is the best option for you on the market.
Our Success Fee is the higher of 0.65% of the purchase price or £5,500.*
We charge a £1,200 retainer deductible from this final fee.

We keep fees low by minimising expenditure on anything which doesn’t directly add value to our clients. We don’t pay or receive any introductory commissions which keeps our pricing structure 100% transparent.
The amount negotiated from the asking price is usually many multiples of our fee. We charge no commission on the amount negotiated off the purchase price. This is because the reasonableness of asking prices varies greatly between properties and is rarely an indicator of value.
Whilst you should check with a financial advisor, HMRC guidance indicates our fee can later be offset against Capital Gains Tax.
